St. Nicholas Day Celebration
Yes Virginia, there is a St. Nicholas!! St. Nicholas, Bishop of Myra attended the First Ecumenical Council of Nicea in 325 and was the patron of seafarers, sailors, and especially of children. On Friday Dec. 8th at 6pm we had a great youth event with cookie decorating, pizza for dinner, and Father Brian sharing the story of St. Nicholas.
