Investment Policy

 

The Board of Directors developed and approved an investment policy in 1995. The policy was amended and restated in January 2002.

The policy:

Establishes policies and guidelines for Foundation investments.

Establishes the criteria and standards of performance which the investment manager(s) are expected to meet.

Communicates the investment objectives, risk tolerance, guidelines and performance criteria to the investment manager(s).

Serves as a guide to the Directors’ ongoing oversight of the funds investments.
